Every time you book and attend a full-priced blowdry service, collect one stamp on your rewards card.
Once you've collected 9 stamps, your 10th blowdry is complimentary. There are no points to track, no apps to download, and no complicated rules—just beautiful hair and a reward waiting for you.

Stamps are awarded for full-priced blowdry services only. Complimentary blowdry rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, retail products, or alternative services. Lost cards may not be replaceable, so we encourage guests to keep their card in a safe place. Willow Mane reserves the right to amend or discontinue the program at any time.

Terms & Conditions
The referred guest must be a new Willow Mane client. The referral card must be presented at the new guest's appointment. The new guest's complimentary add-on is redeemed during their first visit. The referrer's reward becomes available once the new guest has attended and completed their appointment. Rewards are valid for one complimentary add-on treatment and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or redeemed against other services.
One referral reward is issued per new client referred.

How It Works
Bring in any used or unwanted hair care product from another brand (excluding Wella products) and our team will assess your hair goals and recommend a professional alternative from our Willow-approved retail collection. As a welcome incentive, you'll receive 15% off your first recommended retail purchase when participating in the program. We'll responsibly dispose of or recycle the unwanted product where possible, helping reduce waste while giving your hair the opportunity to experience professional-grade care.

Terms & Conditions
The Product Swap Reward is available once per guest. The product being exchanged must be a haircare product from a non-Wella brand. The 15% discount applies to the guest's first qualifying retail purchase through the program only. The offer cannot be combined with other retail discounts, promotions, or loyalty offers. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Willow Mane reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time. Beautiful hair doesn't stop when you leave the salon—it starts with the products you use every day.
Birthday Celebrations
As a valued Willow Mane guest, you'll receive a complimentary Blowdry orStyle Service to help you look and feel your best during your birthday celebrations. It's our way of saying thank you for choosing Willow Mane throughout the year and allowing us to be part of your hair journey.
When Can You Redeem It?
Your Birthday Celebration Reward can be redeemed:
• Up to 7 days before your birthday
• On your birthday
• Up to 7 days after your birthday
This gives you the flexibility to schedule your appointment around your celebrations and enjoy your reward when it suits you best.

How To Claim
Simply let our team know you'd like to redeem your Birthday Celebration Reward when booking your appointment. If your date of birth is already recorded within our client system, your reward can be verified instantly. If your date of birth is not currently recorded, a valid photo ID showing your date of birth will be required to redeem the offer.
Terms & Conditions
The Birthday Celebration Reward is available once per year per guest. The reward may be redeemed within the 15-day birthday window only (7 days before, on the day, or 7 days after your birthday). Bookings are subject to availability. A valid photo ID may be required if your date of birth is not already registered within our client records. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, retail products, or alternative services. Additional services requested outside of the complimentary birthday service will be charged at standard pricing. Willow Mane reserves the right to amend or discontinue the promotion at any time. Because birthdays only come around once a year—and every celebration deserves great hair.
